Whilst the Students at Harper go about their daily lives, these four help run certain aspects of the Students Union. Without their help, it would probably all go bottoms up, so remember to give them a cheery smile when you next see them.


Finance Officer
Name: Jan Fordham

Job Description: Jan is in control of the SU accounts and looks after the yealy Social Surcharge intake. She works closely with the SU Treasurer. Jan does most of the paper work and ensures that the records are all in fine order and also works closely with the SU President. Together, they allocate and monitor the budgets of clubs and societies, funds for social events and ensure that the students get maximum value for money.

Sports & Societies Co-ordinator

Name: Ben Harper

Job Description: Ben works with the Sports Secretary and Societies Rep, and has the job of ensuring that all the clubs and societies are well co-ordinated, assists club executives, promotes facilities, encourages new clubs and liaises with the local community to promote local relations.Ben can be found in the Gym, or up in the SU Offices.
