Student Union Minutes
Both meetings are closed, and neither Students or Staff are permitted to attend unless by invite or by special request. If you have an issue or query to put to the Student's Union, and would like the issue to be minuted, please speak directly to theSU President regarding the issue. If it is suitable, it may be raised in the Agenda.
Student Union Meetings
These meetings are weekly and are attended by the SU President, the full Student's Union Executive Board, Final Year Representatives, as well as the Harper Ireland Club President & International Representative if they so wish. The Sports Co-ordinator and the Bar Steward may also attend from time to time by invitation to discuss relevant issues. The meetings discuss all student related issues.
Student Union Meetings with the Principal
These meetings are Bi-Monthly and are attended by the Principal, the Director of Corporate Affairs, SU President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Student Services Manager. The meetings discuss College wide student related issues.
