The Student Services Department is located next to the Student Union Offices, behind Gloucester halls of residence.

The areas that student services cover are:

• Student welfare
• Finance
• Accommodation
• General issues relating to non-academic life at Harper Adams

The Student Services Manager, Bryony, and the Student Services Assistant Manager, Rebecca are two very busy staff members, with lovely pictures on the right. They are the point of call for immediate day time issues regarding non academic life for all students at Harper Adams.

As well as the Student Services Manager and Assistant Manager, there are 14 wardens who are final year students who are selected every year for the Student Wardening Team. They are residents on-campus and act as first points of contact for resident students.

Two wardens are on duty every night to provide first aid cover and general assistance for student problems. Other duties include organisation and encouragement of activities; administration of key/deposit system; issue and implementation of Fire Regulations; liaison with cleaners and to generally ensure that students have any immediate issues dealt with. The wardening system has been in place for 13 years and has become an integral and invaluable part of residential life at Harper Adams.
