The 2009/2010 Committee

The Summer Ball Committee is responsible for both the Christmas and Summer Balls. The Committee is made up of Final Year students with various positions to oversee the planning, marketing, designing, financing, managing and going ahead of two of the BIGGEST social events of the Academic year; all whilst studying for their final year!

The Summer Ball Committee is elected during October and for the 2009/2010 year, the fabulous individuals are as follows:

Emma Ward - Publicity
Michael Bateman - Bar Manager
Aaron Wright - Decorations
Cat Freeman - Decorations
Rich Deighton - Site Manager
Thomas Savery - Site Manager
Will Weaver - Final Year Representative
Emily Stevenson - Final Year Representative

For positions such as "decorations", you really need a big group of helpers; it’s all hands on deck!! You don't have to be on the committee if you want to just help out, please contact the relevant committee member.  However, if you are a final year and are interested in running for a position next year, please contact the SU President.
